Sapphire Title & Settlement Agency, Ltd is located just off the New York State Thruway (Interstate 87) in the town and village of Monroe in Orange County, New York at the crossroads between the New York metropolitan area and upstate New York. Established early in 2003, Sapphire Title & Settlement Agency, Ltd. is owned and operated by Marie Byrne, a title industry professional with more than 15 years experience. Our office is fully staffed and equipped, and able to accommodate multiple simultaneous closings.

It is our goal to provide superior title services for the entire state of New York not only by providing title reports quickly, but by scrutinizing public records in minute detail and not only identifying problems, but by putting forth the extra effort to find and implement a FINAL resolution.

We also offer Special Support Services (our S³ program) for the title industry and legal profession, which is extremely varied and can range from simple tasks such as document retrieval and recording information to the more complex, such as forensic title research and expert witness testimony.

For Lenders and Lender's Attorneys, we offer both Lender Settlement and Lender Closing Services over the entire state.
