Premiums and charges for policy endorsements are regulated and set by the Title Insurance Rate Service Association, Inc. (TIRSA). The Title Insurance Rate Service Association is licensed by the Superintendent of Insurance of the State of New York pursuant to Article 23 of the Insurance Law as a "Rate Service Organization".
