Sapphire Title & Settlement Agency, Ltd offers ALTA Owner's and Loan Policies of Title Insurance underwritten through Ticor Title Insurance Company or through First American Title Insurance Company of New York.  Premiums and charges for policy endorsements are regulated and set by the Title Insurance Rate Service Association, Inc. (TIRSA). The Title Insurance Rate Service Association is licensed by the Superintendent of Insurance of the State of New York pursuant to Article 23 of the Insurance Law as a "Rate Service Organization".
